BLP-4044. 1960 mono original LP with "New York USA" address and "Blue Note Records Inc" on labels. "RVG" stamped and "ear" ("P") etched in trail-off area. Printed spine, laminated cover has "43 West 61st St., New York 23" on back. A few small nicks in cover on front along opening, one small nick on back near top corner at opening. Three corners slightly "pushed," all four corners "balding".
