1976 original Los Angeles Free Music Society 2LP set which has 12 attachments glued onto plain white gatefold cover. Attachments on front and back of cover are losing their adhesion and a couple are lightly nicked/torn. One insert is glued inside the gatefold cover, another is loose. Also includes a bonus concert flyer featuring Doo-Dooettes and Le Forte Four.
