Late 1970s LP recorded live at the Forum in Los Angeles, CA on July 13, 1975 with plain white cover and wraparound title insert which is printed in black ink on either blue or lemon paper. Insert has Idle Mind logo on front, "Slipped Discs" with Idle catalog number on spine, and yellow Ruthless Rhymes labels on both sides. Cover retains its original shrink wrap. Very mild corner wear on cover.
