Late 1970s LP recorded live at the Forum in Los Angeles, CA on July 10 and 13, 1975. Includes plain white cover with title insert which is printed in red (maroon) ink on pink paper. Disc has plain white labels with side delineations. Cover retains its original shrink wrap. Beautiful unplayed condition, disc just has a slight storage warp not affecting play (hence lower grade).
