Late 1970s LP recorded live at Pavillon de Paris in France on June 6, 1976 with plain white cover and title insert which is printed in black ink on white paper. Limited edition of 1,100 copies which are stamped on the insert at the bottom left corner. This copy is stamped number 001! Also included here is a (mostly) sealed complete set of un-numbered title inserts (black ink printed on white, blue, and orange paper), and a 4-1/2" x 3-1/2" index card with handwritten details by someone involved in the manufacture of this release (states 1100 copies pressed, info on title insert variants, and more). Cover retains its original shrink wrap. Blue Devil's Disciple labels. Top corner of cover at spine very slightly "pushed".
