1984 original LP. First pressing with small pressing ring in center, "EDP" and "6.84" (and NO "S7" or "S10") in trail-off area. No lyric insert (as issued). Tiny date written in ballpoint pen inside of cover at top of opening. Light sticker removal abrasion on front cover. Two small abrasions on spine. Bottom corner at spine slightly "pushed". Front cover has been autographed in black marker pen inside the "S" of "Samhain" by Eerie Von (who inscribed "Life is pain"), and by Glen Danzig at bottom above "Initium" (his signature did not fully adhere to semi-gloss cover). Back cover has been autographed inside of one playing card by Steve Zing (who inscribed "Thanx") and in another by Pete Marshall, who inscribed "Regards Damien I". These signatures were obtained by Jeff Chandler, Denver/LA punk musician and collector on November 15th, 1984 at Invisible Ballroom in Denver. Includes Rockaway Records Letter of Authenticity, which is our lifetime guarantee.
