Charles Sinkevich's Rock & Roll Party

CHARLES SINKEVICH
Charles Sinkevich's Rock & Roll Party

1986 original LP. Includes seafoam green lyric insert. Some yellowing along edges of cover and very minor seam/corner wear. Front cover has been signed in red marker by Charles. Also includes j-card for proposed cassette tape issue which has been signed in blue ballpoint pen by Charles. According to Charles, 250 of the 300 copies originally pressed were thrown away after a flood, and he broke one copy for good luck, meaning there are only 49 copies in existence. Original copies were sealed before Charles could include a lyric insert, so he handed them out after the fact. According to Charles, "My brother typed the lyric sheets without me knowing and wrote “loved in vein” without my permission, and brought a ream of paper over for stuffing. So I handed out the sheets and stuffed some autographed ones anyhow [into copies he unsealed]. I think he got the song words pretty much right." The lyric insert was first printed on seafoam green paper. Later copies were printed on white paper. A truly scarce "real people" private press LP.
